Mike specializes in the commercial lending industry. He offers loan products that will finance up to 90% on commercial properties. His loan products will accommodate small commercial loans from $100,000 to $500,000 and large balance loans of up to $10 million. Mike specializes in unique properties, low down payments and lower than average credit scores.

Teresa and Mike were born and raised in Findlay, Ohio. They arrived in the Tampa Bay area via the Air Force in 1983. Over their 22 years of marriage, they have been blessed with 2 beautiful daughters and the achievement of their “American Dream”. They are eager to assist you with obtaining yours!
